Afghan Girl for Peace

The art features an Afghan girl wearing a famed Pashtun red scarf, holding a dove of peace from Mazar-e-Sharif. Behind her are mosaics from Herat, the towering Hindukush Mountains, and the emerald hills of Maimana. The crimson rugs woven in Bamiyan adorn the background with the words of peace. A poem of peace by the Afghan poet, Maulana Rumi resonates with what’s in the heart of the Afghan Girl of Peace.

There is a limited edition of only 1,000 copies of the artwork is produced as museum-quality giclee prints created on archival fine art paper. Each print is then individually signed and numbered by the artist, Iliad Terra, and shipped with a certificate of edition. *Please note that your print will arrive unframed.
